How we handle your data and your buyers' data.

This policy covers HANUAER Private Limited and the HANUAER product. It applies to agents, teams, and brokerages who use HANUAER, and to the lead and buyer information you manage inside it.

We collect three kinds of information:

Account information you provide when you sign up or request a demo, such as your name, work email, agency or brokerage name, role, and team size.

Lead and buyer data you bring into HANUAER, including inquiry messages, contact details, stated preferences, budgets, and the deal activity that moves through your pipeline.

Usage data generated as you work, which helps the product score leads, estimate closing probability, and stay reliable.

Lead and buyer data is used to run the product for you: scoring inquiries by intent, matching listings to preferences, drafting follow-ups, tracking negotiations, and estimating closing probability. Account and usage data helps us operate, secure, and improve HANUAER.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use the buyer information in your pipeline to advertise to those buyers.

We share data only with the service providers needed to run HANUAER, such as hosting and transactional email delivery, and only to the extent required to provide the service. These providers are bound to handle the data on our instructions.

Lead and deal data is retained for the life of your account so your pipeline history stays intact. You can export your data, and you can request deletion of your account data. Buyers whose information you hold can ask you, as the agency, to correct or remove their details, and HANUAER supports you in doing so.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access inside your account is role-based, so agents, team leads, and admins see only what their role needs. More detail is on our security page.
