You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. Activity under your account is your responsibility, so keep access limited to the people in your agency who need it.

Use HANUAER to manage your genuine real estate pipeline. Do not use it to store data you have no right to hold, to contact people in violation of applicable rules, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

The leads, listings, and deal history you bring into HANUAER remain yours. We process them to provide the service, and you can export them. We claim no ownership over your pipeline.

Lead scores and closing-probability estimates are decision aids, not guarantees. They are built from the signals and history available and are shown with their reasoning. Final judgment on any deal remains yours.

Access depends on your plan. Agent plans are billed month to month, and Team and Enterprise terms are agreed before you start. Details of what each plan includes are on the pricing page.

We work to keep HANUAER available and reliable, but the service is provided as is. We may perform maintenance, and we will act in good faith to minimise disruption to your pipeline.

To the extent permitted by law, HANUAER Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including deals that do not close. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms as the product evolves, and continued use means you accept the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Andhra Pradesh.
